Before you submit

We may contact you using your registered mobile number or email address to verify account ownership before processing the deletion request.

Active bookings, pending payments, disputes, refunds or other unresolved obligations may need to be completed first.

Your account identifiers and personal information will be deleted or anonymised where applicable.

Certain transaction, invoice, fraud-prevention, security, tax or legally required records may be retained where required by law or legitimate operational requirements.
