By accessing XpertBulao, creating an account or using any website or application feature, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should not use the platform.
Platform Role
XpertBulao provides technology that helps customers request local services and approved providers receive eligible work. The platform records bookings, quotations, approvals, payments and service completion. Providers remain responsible for performing accepted services professionally and lawfully.
Accounts and Security
Users must provide accurate information, complete required verification and protect login credentials and OTPs. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. XpertBulao may restrict or suspend accounts involved in fraud, impersonation, misuse or repeated policy violations.
Provider Verification
Service providers must complete their profile, KYC and service-approval requirements before receiving work. Approval does not guarantee continuous bookings, earnings or employment. Providers operate as independent service professionals and must maintain the skills, documents and permissions required for their work.
Bookings and Cancellations
Booking requests may be submitted at any time, while appointment slots must normally be between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM. A booking is confirmed only after valid provider acceptance. Cancellation availability, charges or restrictions may depend on the booking status and work already performed.
Quotations and Completion
The provider may prepare an itemised quotation after inspection. The customer must review the service items, charges and final payable amount before approving it through the required OTP process. Completion OTPs should be shared only after the work has been completed satisfactorily.
Payments, Invoices and Refunds
Payments may be made through Online Payment or Cash Payment where available. Online transactions are subject to gateway verification. Invoices are generated after confirmed payment or authorised cash collection. Refund or adjustment eligibility depends on the booking, payment and cancellation circumstances.
Prohibited Conduct
Users must not submit false bookings, misuse personal information, harass another user, bypass platform processes, manipulate payments, share unlawful content, damage property, impersonate another person or use the platform for fraudulent or illegal activity.
Reviews and User Content
Customers may submit genuine ratings and reviews for eligible completed bookings. Content must be accurate, relevant and lawful. XpertBulao may remove or hide content that is abusive, fraudulent, misleading, unlawful or unrelated to the completed service.
Service Responsibility and Liability
XpertBulao works to provide a secure and organised platform but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or a particular service outcome. Users should inspect work, verify charges and report concerns promptly. Liability, where applicable, remains subject to the circumstances and applicable law.
Changes, Suspension and Applicable Law
XpertBulao may update these terms or modify, suspend or discontinue platform features when reasonably required. Updated terms become effective when published. These terms are governed by applicable Indian law, and disputes will be handled by courts or authorities having lawful jurisdiction in Uttar Pradesh, India.
Jurisdiction & Disputes
All disputes arising out of or in connection with the use of this platform or its services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, India.
