Booking & Service
XpertBulao checks provider approval, service eligibility, availability, distance and current booking conditions before sharing a request.
The platform currently matches suitable nearby approved providers automatically so that requests can be handled quickly and fairly.
The request remains subject to the configured offer window. If no eligible provider accepts, you can retry or create a fresh booking request.
Pricing, Discounts & Payments
The displayed service range is an estimate. After inspection, the assigned provider sends an itemised quotation for your approval before paid work proceeds.
When an administrator enables a promotional discount for a service, the discounted estimated range is shown together with the original range and discount percentage. Final job pricing still follows the approved quotation.
Available methods depend on the platform settings. Online Payment and Cash Payment may be enabled or disabled by the administrator.
Yes. An authorised invoice is generated after a successful online payment or after Cash Payment is confirmed in the platform.

Purpose-specific OTP verification protects sensitive actions such as quotation approval and work completion from unauthorised confirmation.
Yes. The public website, registration flow and supported bilingual content can be switched between English and Hindi. Service names and descriptions use the available language version.

Registered users receive a unique referral code and shareable link. When a new user registers with that code, the referral is recorded and can be viewed from the referral section.
