Information We Collect
We may collect your name, email, mobile number, profile information, service addresses, booking details, uploaded images, device tokens and communications. Service providers may also submit business, identity, KYC, bank and approved-service information.
Location, Camera and Device Access
Location is used for nearby-provider matching, distance calculation and navigation. Camera or photo access is used only when you upload profile, KYC or service-problem images. Notification tokens are used to deliver booking and account updates.
How We Use Information
Information is used to create and secure accounts, verify users, match bookings with eligible providers, manage quotations, confirm approvals and completion, provide support, prevent misuse and improve platform reliability.
Data Sharing
Information is shared only when required to complete a booking or operate essential services. This may include the selected customer or provider, payment processors, hosting, email, notification and mapping providers, or authorities where legally required. Provider KYC documents are not shared with customers.
Payments
Payments may be processed through Online Payment. XpertBulao stores transaction references and limited reconciliation information but does not store complete card numbers, CVV values or banking credentials entered on the payment gateway.
Security and Retention
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect information. Data is retained only for operational, security, dispute-resolution, fraud-prevention, tax or legal requirements and is deleted or anonymised when it is no longer required.
Account and Data Deletion
Customers and service providers can request deletion of their XpertBulao account and associated personal data through our public Account Deletion Request page. We may verify account ownership using the registered email address or mobile number before processing the request. Active bookings, unsettled payments, disputes or other operational obligations may need to be resolved first. Account identifiers and personal information are deleted or anonymised where applicable, while limited transaction, invoice, fraud-prevention, security, tax or legally required records may be retained where necessary.
Jurisdiction & Disputes
All disputes arising out of or in connection with the use of this platform or its services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, India.
